The computer quizzes were very helpful.	I think more homework assignments would have been helpful so we would have had more to base our homework on.
Mr. Escobar was a great teacher and has made history interesting for me to learn - never had that before.  The materials (videotapes) and books were very helpful.	Don't change the class leave as is for now.
I gained new information of our history that was not commonly known.  It was interesting.	It might be nice to have had more graded assignments.
It wasn't completely lecture - he used videos, maps, etc.	Regular homework would be effective to help pull up grades, but other than that, I like the class.
The video sections really supported the text.
It wasn't boring like my other history class.  He showed videos, etc.	The only one thing that could be improved is by putting the study guide in order from chapter to chapter rather than alphabetical order.
Very well taught course covered alot of information.
Instructor made material interesting and relevant to current events.
Don't use that one guy in all the videos.  He is drone and boring.

It was very informative and interesting.	I can't think of any improvements necessary for this course.
Mr. Escobar is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic.	Joe has been one of the most influential teachers in my life.
I've learned alot in this class and it is neat cuz I've always had a hard time understanding hist. but his class was WAY interesting to me !!	I can't thiknk of anything that could be improved, but I do want to say that one thing that was really helpful and useful that helped me learn and stay on track was the computer quizzes.  Thanks for the class.  It was GREAT.
No more boring old man inthe videos.  The instructor was very enthusiastic and made me more interested in history.	He should wear more turtlenecks!
I felt it was worth the time and $ - I got more thant I expected.	J.Escobar is a truly inspiring professor.  The material was intense!  It helped me understand and get more out of my other courses as well.
Prof. Escobar was excited about history and he has more than just a basic knowledge of history.	Find videos without boring old mena dn have more discussions.  He needs to wear turtlenecks.

Very informative, very interesting, fair and balanced grading system, various forms of media used in instruction.	It would be helpful if exam reviews were presented in the order presented (by chapter) in the course.

The instructor and material.  Joe is one of the best teachers I've ever had.	The new format for computer quizzes could be fine tuned a little.
The material.	More about civil rights.
The class was interesting.  Video clips were helpful.
It was great !	Thank you so much, I don't think I ever learned so much in one class, and I can now get in debates about this subject and not sound stupid.
The specifics were always taught and ideas over dates were stressed.	I hate to say it, but possibly some form of accountability for reading on time instead of waiting until the end of the term.
