Barriers to Success: Multitasking and Sleep Deprivation

If you don't understand why you are having difficulties in class, you are going to implement strategies that are not likely to be successful, unlikely to solve the problem, and waste your time and resources, become frustrated and give up.  Sleep deprivation and multitasking are common strategies student implement, but are not likely to lead to academic success.
