Section 3 is information about Oregon Health Sciences University. We are in partnership through the Oregon Consortium for Nursing Education. And, this allows community college students toward Bachelor Degree completion trhough Oregon Health Sciences University to finish the last year of the their education through a distance learning model.

Section 4, Transferring prior college credits to Lane. This is a How to Tutorial to work on figuring out how your credits from prior institutions can be used to meet application or program requirements.

This is the Transfer Advising Guide which will allow you to look up a course that you have taken and then to view the information for contacting instructors or departments to continue to obtaining a course equivalencies.

Once you have obtained a course equivalency from the appropriate department you will be able to use that in your program application to meet the specific requirement that the equivalency is written for.

In Section 5, this is Educational Pathways, Career and Licensing Information. There is also scholarhship information. It is the last link. Thisi allows you to look up all of the nursing schools throughout the state of Oregon. And, to also consider other options throughout the United States.

There is also Oregon Career Information System which is licensed through the University of Oregon. Students who sign in using the the user name LCC and the password GoTitans are eligible to have access to all the information provided - not just for nursing but a wide range of options for completing your education towards a large variety of careers.

Section 6, the website for Lane Community College Student Nurses' Association. Students are eligible to participate in the association even if you are not yet admitted into a nursing program.

Section 7, has Licensed Practical Nurse information. It is not currently open. But it will be open end of April or early May. And, it will provide step by step instructions for applying directly into the LPN program or to complete the LPN to RN Bridge program.
