What did you like about the class?

Engaging and interesting class lectures with clear expectations of what we needed to know.

Everything!

It was good to be back in-person. I enjoyed coming to class and there wasn't anything I disliked.

I enjoyed being in this class because I learned more than just history but also real-world events of today that are surprisingly similar to events in history. The class was fun to take and it was very interesting to hear things from our country's past that I have never heard before.

I appreciated the fact that as this class comes to an end, I did not have to betray my beliefs or feelings about topics in an attempt to remain in good standing with the professor. I found that the Professor did a masterful job of teaching difficult, and sometimes uncomfortable history to his students while remaining neutral, and was able to talk about the events we covered from all perpectives.

The information that was taught the timeline of events was nice.

I loved the class's curriculum, especially with history being my focus.

I loved the way that Joe taught and how enthusiastic he is about this subject. It helped so much having a professor that knew every in and out about U.S. history

I liked the flexibility of quizzes. That saved my ass a lot, overall an easier class.

How could this class be improved? Add any comments about the class and/or instructor that you feel might be helpful or useful.

Nothing should be improved.

I can't think of anything to improve the class. I never had any complaints or issues. I felt like the instructor did a really good job of giving us multiple sources and helping us evaluate those sources.

The Finals are difficult, however, it was nice to get an A on every quiz passing with a 70% or better. Also made things easy to calculate to figure out what score I would need to get on the final.

I would appreciate maps for map questions with pre-drawn lines and stars etc, with spots to label, as someone who kinda struggles to see small things on the screen, this would allow me to accurately get the exact location. it would also prevent overcrowding of the map and create a more uniform tool for studying the location of important events

I think this was just me but at least giving a small sheet of notes for the midterm and the finals. Better study guides for midterm and final. Not making the exams 100 questions. Making them like 50 would have been better. Too much to memorize.

I dont think their is any way this course could be improved

I think keeping it the way it is great. Don't break something that doesn't need to be broke.
