LCC Students for Liberty is dedicated to individual rights, limited government and a transition to a voluntary society guided by reason, freedom and compassion.
We are a "big tent" group, open to anyone who believes that you have the right to do as you please as long as you are not using force or fraud on others. This is sometimes expressed as being fiscally conservative and socially tolerant and would include those who identify as libertarians, Constitutional conservatives, classical liberals, voluntaryists, anarcho-capitalists, minarchists or objectivists.
We are a local, independent, student-run educational and issues advocacy group with no affiliation with the Libertarian Party. We welcome anyone interested in more freedom and less government, and enjoy working with a variety of groups on issues of common interest.
