- Describe signs and symptoms of common selected knee dysfunctions encountered in the physical therapy practice
- Distinguish interventions for knee conditions based on the rehabilitation/tissue healing stage
- Given a knee case situation,
- Recognize specific motion and joint precautions for non-operative and operative knee conditions
- Identify relevant tests and measures needed to inform clinical decision-making
- Select exercise and other interventions to address the impaired structure, function, or participation restriction
- Recognize situations that require communication with the supervising physical therapist
